The role of an author is not what it used to be.  Where once an author would have little interaction with fans (aside from book signings and promotional events) now readers can interact with their favorite authors on a daily basis through the power of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+.  Publishers are beginning to require that authors be signed up for these social networking sites and be able to show that they have a fan base out there that are loyal and excited about buying their books.  It isn’t enough anymore to know that a book will sell, the book has to essentially “sell itself.”

That’s where I come in. As a virtual assistant, I work remotely and strive to make an author’s life easier. I take on responsibilities that an author may not have the time or knowledge to do themselves and help keep the book on track and on budget.  I’d love to help make your next book a success!
